Face to Face Sessions
All individual face to face therapy sessions are held in Binstead, Ryde, Isle of Wight. The treatment is ‘client centred’ so the number of sessions required may vary, depending on your own individual needs, some people may make quicker progress than others.
As a general guideline, between 3 – 5 sessions are required. We will agree on a treatment plan on the first session and regularly discuss your progress as treatment progresses.
Please allow approximately 1 hour for each session, and be aware that the first session may take a little longer.
Fees:
Individual sessions are charged at £70 per one hour session.
Costs for specific treatment programmes are set out below.
The following costs apply for specific treatment programmes when booked and paid for in advance:
- Alcohol Reduction Programme: £260 (4 x one-hour sessions)
- EMDR Therapy: £260 (4 x one hour sessions)
- Hypno Gastric Band Therapy: £260 (4 x one-hour sessions)
- IBS Programme: £195 (3 x one-hour sessions)
- Weight Reduction Programme: £260 (4 x one-hour sessions)
- Quit Smoking Therapy: £260 (4 x one-hour sessions))
- All other treatments: £195 for block of 3 one-hour sessions
- Additional sessions: £70 per one-hour session
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your therapy session, please give at least 24 hours notice.
