
Gentle Yoga classes are held at Woodlands Yoga Studio in Binstead Isle of Wight. Classes are a slow mindful practice, suitable for all abilities regardless of age, fitness level, gender, ethnicity or belief system. We work with pranayama (breathing practices), asana (postures) and deep healing relaxation / meditation.
